Dustin Rathbone, retired U.S. Navy Master EOD Technician, brings more than two decades of operational leadership across explosive ordnance disposal, maritime operations, and offshore project coordination. His background includes emergency explosive response, underwater mine countermeasures, demolition operations, and expeditionary mission support throughout complex operational environments.  

Dustin’s experience managing global EOD readiness, vessel mobilization, and field execution strengthens our ability to coordinate high-risk projects safely and efficiently. His disciplined operational approach supports mission readiness, technical accountability, and reliable field performance across UXO remediation, marine operations, and environmental response activities.
